 Companies of the Group Villar-Mir
The structure of the Group consists of four companies: Inmobiliaria Espacio, FerroAtlántica, Fertiberia and OHL, which are complemented by other entities such as Cuarzos Industriales, Pacadar, Prelesa, Espacio Information Technology, Codisoil and Mothercare Ibérica.
As result of groups of activity, the following divisions are found:

 Inmobiliaria Espacio, S.A. is the head company of the group and owns, directly or indirectly, all the shares of the companies which compose the group. It carries out real estate activities all over the Spanish territory on its own.
Within its Real Estate activities, are included promotion, renting and service, and also the construction of infrastructures and all kind of buildings.
Its actions are permanently inspired by offering the best service to every customer, with first level quality products, in the best areas of every town and for a wide range of users, taking always into account to contribute to respect and improve the environment.
Its realizations are result of the constant spirit of improving which moves a proffesional and human team highly qualified to satisfy the necessities of its clients.
Ferroatlántica, S.L. (100%) produces ferroalloys and electric power. Its subsidiaries are Hidro Nitro Española (99.3%), committed to the production of ferroalloys and electric power as well, and Ferrovén (80%), company which owns a modern factory of ferroalloys in Venezuela, and FerroAtlántica I+D (100%) committed to research and new technologies within the Group.
Fertiberia, S.A.(99.5%), a leader company on the Spanish market of production of fertilizers. Its subsidiary company is Sefanitro, S.A. (89%), committed to the same activity.
The Group Fertiberia is leader on the sector of fertilizers in Spain and it is the fourth in the European Union’s ranking due to its capacity of production. Such capacity is around six million and a half tons, among intermediate products, which mean 43%, and final products, which represent 57%. The production of Fertiberia almost reachs 70% within the Spanish sector of fertilizers. It has an idoneous size so as to be able to keep a suitable level of competiveness on the European market, since it is the only producer of nitrogenous fertilizers in Spain.
The activities related to the environment have an outstanding place, assuming, as own, the best techniques of production recognized at European level (BAT), and being adhered to the Commitment of Progress programme (Responsible Care).
OHL, S.A. OHL is one of the biggest groups of construction and services in Spain, with more than ninety years of experience, either at national level or at international level, with outstanding presence in sixteen countries in four continents.
The main business lines of the Group are construction and concessions of infrastructures. However, principally for these last years, it has succesfully entered in great potencial sectors of growth, next to these activities, such as environmental services, urban services, and next to infrastructures or social equipments.
OHL provides with all the necessary elements so that every project is a success, by solving the whole activities involved such as viabilty research, engineering and design, construction, maintenance and exploitation. It even, due to its solvent financial capacity, takes part in the research and contributes to the necessary resources for financing.
OHL has capacity to resolve efficiently all the technical questions related to its activities in construction and services. Provided with the most advanced technological resources, the Group has at its disposal a high qualified human team able to solve, completely and accurately, any client’s request.

Cuarzos Industriales, S.A. (100%), which exploits a mine of metalurgical quartz, raw material used for making ferroalloys.
Pacadar, S.A. (80,8%) y Prelesa, S.A. (67%), companies committed to make and commercialize structural elements of reinforced and prestressed concrete, for
civil works and building.
Espacio Information Technology, S.A. (100%), company which manages the computing systems for every company of the Group.
